Terms of Service

These Terms apply to sweetparenthood.mom and tutoring services by Lernbrücke, Eppendorfer Weg 156, 20259 Hamburg, Germany.
1. Services
We provide school tutoring in group and one-to-one formats. Website prices are indicative until a written or emailed enrolment confirmation is issued.
2. Contracts and payment
Enrolment begins when we confirm your plan and payment terms. Prices include statutory VAT where applicable. Invoices are payable as stated on the invoice.
3. Term and cancellation
Fixed-term plans run for the agreed months. Flexible plans may be cancelled with 4 weeks’ notice to the end of a calendar month unless otherwise agreed. Missed lessons without 24 hours’ notice are generally charged.
4. Student conduct
Students and parents treat staff and premises respectfully. We may suspend lessons for serious disruption or unpaid fees after notice.
5. Results
We teach diligently but cannot guarantee specific grades — progress depends on attendance, homework and school factors.
6. Liability
We do not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, or mandatory product liability. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.
7. Governing law
German law applies. Consumers retain mandatory protections of their country of residence where applicable. Venue for merchants is Hamburg.
